At Steggrid, confidentiality is the starting point. This policy explains what data we collect through this site, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.

This translation is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected on this site is Steggrid, a cybersecurity and preventive intelligence consultancy operating in the Argentine Republic.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form or our direct channels:

By submitting the form you expressly accept this policy. We record the date and time of that acceptance as proof of your consent.

  • Email
  • Company or firm (optional)
  • Profile (SMB, accounting firm, law firm, etc.)
  • The content of your message

For your safety, do not include passwords, credentials or confidential information in your first message. If needed, we will point you to a secure channel.

What we don't do

This site does not use cookies, analytics tools, tracking pixels or advertising. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browsing is not shared with third parties.

The only things stored in your browser (local storage) are your language and theme (light or dark) preferences. They contain no personal data and you can clear them from your browser settings.

If we ever add tools that require non-essential cookies, we will ask for your prior consent, and you will be able to reject them or change your decision at any time.

What we use your data for

We use your data exclusively to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, prepare a service proposal.

We do not sell, rent or share your data. We will not send you marketing communications without your prior consent.

Providers and transfers

Depending on the channel you choose, your message is transmitted through messaging or email providers (for example, WhatsApp or the email service we use). The site is hosted by a provider that may log technical data, such as the IP address, for security and operational purposes.

Some of these providers may process data outside Argentina. In such cases, we seek providers that offer adequate levels of protection.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your inquiry. If no business relationship begins, we delete the inquiry within 12 months. If one does, we keep it for the duration of the relationship and for any legally required periods.

How we protect it

We apply technical and organizational measures suited to our activity: encrypted connections (HTTPS), browser security policies, restricted access to information and periodic reviews of our own systems.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, update or deletion of your data at any time by writing to steggrid.cybsec@gmail.com.

We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and rectification, update or deletion requests within 5 business days, as set out in sections 14 and 16 of Law 25,326.

Minors

This site and our services are intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
